Course curriculum

Course Objectives:

  • Participants will develop an understanding of the fear, anxiety, and stress responses in children and teenagers, enabling them to comprehend the intricate relationship between the mind and body.

  • Participants will acquire the ability to evaluate factors contributing to anxiety in children and teenagers, with a focus on equipping them with tools to help them identify and manage their emotions through the "name it to tame it" approach.

  • Participants will receive tools and resources aimed at assisting them in facilitating coping plans with children and teenagers.
